Reservations are encouraged and can be made in person, by phone, or online. Reservations can be made for the upcoming year beginning January 1st.

Site GuaranteeSite Guarantee

For those of you that have come to want a particular site, cabin, or cottage, we can now provide you with a guarantee**! Just state that you want the Site Guarantee and we will lock your site number. The Site Guarantee fee is $35 per site! Booking Online? When making a reservation, Add on the Site Guarantee*, pay the $35 fee and you are done!

As always, we always guarantee site type. So be assured you will still have the kind of site/lodging that you reserved, at no additional fee.

*Please note that the Site Guarantee fee is non-refundable should you decide to cancel.
**There are exceptions to the guarantee, i.e. Maintenance Issues, Equipment Breakage, Issues that are out of the control of the campground, etc.

South Haven Jellystone Park™ is getting one step closer at Going Green!

In our transitioning of Going Green, we are offering 2 different rates for ANY electric site. The 2 rates are our Going Green and our Regular Rate.

What does that mean?

  • With our Going Green rate, upon departure, you will pay for what ever metered electric that you used during your stay AND you pay $10 less per night! It is our way encouraging everyone to use resources wisely.
  • Or you can opt for the Regular Rate that includes your electric and then you don’t have to worry about the electric bill on departure. Please note Electrical Vehicle Charging is not included in the Regular rate structure. We are not set-up to charge electric vehicles at this time. You could be liable for any damage to our electrical grid when charging a electrical vehicle.
*Please note that a $10 Electric Deposit is taken at the time of the reservation for you electric usage.
If electric is more, you will be responsible for the remainder, if less, you will receive a refund.
Please make sure you have a valid credit card on file.
**Regular Rate does not include Electrical Vehicle Charging.
***Lodging rate does not include the Electrical Vehicle Charging.

Your Reservation is NOT complete UNTIL…

To complete your reservation, you will have to sign your Terms and Conditions within 7 days of making the reservation, otherwise your reservation will be cancelled. Don’t worry, it’s done online in the Guest Portal and it’s just a click of a button! This will also decreases time at check-in.

After Hours Check-In

Sometimes you just do not make it to where you want to go on time, it’s okay! The important thing to us is that you make it safely and start enjoying your vacation as quickly as possible.

As a courtesy we try to touch base with all our guests that have not arrived by closing time.  Sometimes that does not happen due to a variety of factors…

When pulling up to the GATE:

  • STOP at the gate

  • Get out of your vehicle and walk straight ahead and to your right.  There you will see the NIGHT REGISTRATION area.

  • Look for your SITE MAP with YOUR NAME on it.

There you will find the following:

Are you staying in a CABIN/COTTAGE?

  • Your lodging unit will be circled on the site map.

  • Directions on how to get to your lodging unit will be drawn out on the site map.

  • Your outdoor light will be on.

  • Your key or door code will be located in or on the Welcome located that was located at Night Registration with your information.

  • Your scannable barcode ticket to enter the gate will also be in the Welcome Packet.

  • If you have more than 1 vehicle that needs to get in, it is important that we know prior to closing. Otherwise only 1 vehicle will have gate access and others will have to park off to the side and walk in, not blocking the gate.

  • Your gate pass will only be good until 9am.

  • Your scannable barcode ticket to enter the gate will also be in the Welcome Packet that was left at Night Registration.

The Next Morning…

Please come up to the Registration Station in the morning, as soon as possible so we can complete the check-in process. We want to make sure that you get your Welcome Packet and do not miss out on any fun!

Reservations, Cancellation, & No-Show Policies

Below are Yogi Bear’s Jellystone Park Camp-Resort reservation, cancellation and no show policies. Please review each policy carefully before submitting your reservation.

Reservation Policy
  • A 2-night minimum is required for all reservations. Walk-Ins are always welcome and can stay for one night, if space is available.
  • All reservations require payment in full at the time the reservation is made.
  • Holiday Time Periods have a 3 or 4-night minimum stay.
  • Special Time Periods consist of Harborfest (3rd Thursday + weekend in June), Blueberry Festival (2nd weekend in August) and Halloween (September/October) are charged holiday rates.
  • Reservation made within the 7 days of arrival will require a non-refundable deposit.
  • A $3 Reservation fee is assessed on each site/lodging that is reserved.  This fee is assessed by the software company, therefore non-refundable.
Cancellation Policy
  • Cancellations processed 7 days or more prior to arrival will result in a $15.00 cancellation fee.
    • Reservation Fee is not part of the $15 cancellation fee, as that is non-refundable.
    • If Site Lock is used, that is also non-refundable and is not part of the $15 Cancellation fee.
  • Cancellations processed less than 7 days prior to arrival will be charged:
    • 1-night site rental on Regular Rate Periods for each site/cabin/cottage/golf cart reserved
    • 2-nights site rental on Special Time Periods for each site/cabin/cottage/golf cart reserved
    • 3 or 4-nights on Holiday Time Periods for each site/cabin/cottage/golf cart reserved
  • If you are within the 7 days of arrival and decide you want to change your dates to a different time frame you would incur a $15 move fee. Please note that if you then decided to cancel those dates that were moved, you would then incur the original cancellation fee as per above and loose 1-3 nights based on your original booking period, in addition to the $15 move fee.
*No refunds on early departures. **If cancelling reservation, please note that the reservation fee is non-refundable. ***If you locked in your reservation and then decide to cancel, that fee is non-refundable.
 
No Show Policy
All reservations will be held until 9:00 AM on the morning following your scheduled arrival. If you do not arrive and have not cancelled your reservation, you will lose all monies associated with your reservation and your reservation will then be cancelled.
